St James’s Club
Spacious accommodations, varied restaurants, beautiful setting, this remote resort on Mamora Bay attempts to get into the same class as Curtain Bluff and Jumby Bay but sad to say, fall short. Rooms have fresh, vibrant color schemes, though the discolored concrete terrace and indifferent service undermine the luxe image. All rooms have excellent beds and the bathrooms all come with bath tub and shower, ample toiletries and dual basins. Two-bedroom villas on the hills are also available. Although guests can opt not to be in the all-inclusive deals, most opt-in due to the remote location of the resort. However, do be aware that in most cases, the settings of the restaurants are usually far more interesting than the cuisine.
